FILTER BAGS

We have been manufacturing and supplying bag filters for different dust extraction systems for 20 years, and we have gained a lot of experience and the trust of our customers.

This type of filter is intended for use in dust removal systems (filters) of different industries, the purpose of which is to settle the dust generated during the technological process so that it does not enter the atmosphere.

Sleeve filters are manufactured individually, taking into account the process data provided by the customer, dimensions, construction details, parameters of the installation site, properties of filtered dust, working temperatures, etc.

The most important criteria for choosing the optimal solution:

• Operating temperature: constant/ minimum/ maximum

• Humidity level: none/ yes/ percentage ratio

• Dust composition: coal, cement, sugar, fertilizers, etc.

• Explosion hazard: flour, sugar, coal dust, wood dust, etc.

• Chemical composition of the gas: ambient air, combustion product - what kind of fuel (natural gas, fuel oil, coal, etc.), oxygen content in the exhaust gas (percentage ratio)

• Regeneration method: mechanical, pulse flow (using compressed air), other methods

• Dust content in cleaned gas - required emission rate (mg/m3)Information on used sleeve-bag filters (material, workflow, service life, wear and tear)

Filter sleeves can be regenerated:

• using high pressure compressed air

• using low pressure compressed air

• blowing in the opposite direction with short pulses of compressed air

• by mechanical shaking

These filters are used for industrial dust collection of chemicals, fertilizers, dry construction mixes, pharmaceuticals, food, feed, etc. in technological production processes, wood and grain processing companies, garbage (waste) incineration industry; grains, fertilizers, peat, cement, etc. in export/import terminals.

Considering the different working environment of bag filters, we offer a wide selection of bag filter materials: polyester (PES), polypropylene (PP), polyacrylonitrile (PAN), meta-aramid (MA), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), polyimide (PI), glass fiber fabric (GL), Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
